We want every package that arrives at your door to feel like a little burst of tail‑wagging joy. Because we partner with trusted third‑party suppliers to bring you adorable, practical pet products, our return process works a bit differently than traditional retail. This page explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work so you always feel informed and supported.

💛 Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days so we can help quickly.
  • To start a return, email wildangels@wildangelsstore.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.

📦 When Returns Are Accepted

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue
  • The issue matches what you describe (wrong item, damaged, defective, etc.)

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps with care.

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and supplier restrictions, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used pet products (beds, bowls, grooming tools, toys, harnesses, leashes, etc.)
  • Opened pet beds or items that have been in contact with pets
  • Clearance or final‑sale items
  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind
  • Personalized or custom items (if applicable)

🐶 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives less than perfect, we’ll make it right.

Email wildangels@wildangelsstore.com within 14 days with photos or video showing the issue. After review, we may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund if the item is still usable

Most of the time, you won’t need to ship the item back — our suppliers often allow photo‑verified resolutions.

🔄 Exchanges

Because our items ship directly from suppliers, we cannot process traditional exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

💵 Refund Timing

Once your return or issue is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank
  • If a physical return is required, the refund is issued after the supplier confirms receipt

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, incorrect), we cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong size, changed mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, if the supplier accepts the return.
  • Many suppliers do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, so refunds may not be available in those cases.
